Subcontracted by Valard Construction on the Bipole III Transmission Line section N1. The N1 section runs from the Burntwood River northeast of Thompson, MB up to Keewatinohk Generating Station northeast of Gillam, MB.

BT&T was responsible for the construction and maintenance of winter roads - including access roads, right-of-way and ice crossings - as well as the set-up, tear-down and full service of their remote camp to accomodate the general and sub contractors. Also included in the work was installation of Adjustable Bridge Foundations, and the mobilization of all material and equipment for the project.
